We begin with an initial consultation that will give us both a chance to make sure your situation and needs matches our expertise and services. If we both agree it’s a good fit we’ll move forward, if not we’ll happily refer you to a few professionals we believe match your needs.
Next, we send you a financial planning questionnaire, risk tolerance questionnaire, and document checklist to gather all of your financial information. Once we’ve had a chance to review everything, we’ll schedule a quick 10-minute phone call to review and clarify all of the information you have submitted.
Utilizing all of the information you have provided us, we begin the financial planning process by converting your needs and goals into actionable recommendations for you to achieve your objectives.
Once your plan is completed, we set up a meeting to present our findings and recommendations. During this meeting, we provide detailed insight into the rationale behind each recommendation. You receive the Executive Summary that explains in plain English each of our recommendations and the Financial Analysis which is the data that supports each of our recommendations.
After all sides are aligned, you begin implementing the recommendations. At this point, if you decide to begin a wealth management relationship with us and have us manage your investments, we’ll work side-by-side with you to implement all of the recommendations we’ve made.
Since financial planning is a dynamic process, we meet with our wealth management clients every six months to review and update their financial plan and investments. We encourage our financial planning only clients to meet with us at least annually for the same purpose.
